Vertex launches Japanese language training program for its staff
Japanese language training program will help Vertex service its large SI clientele in Japan. Vertex, an international IT consulting company, announced the launch of the Japanese language training program.

It will be a full time 6 month program, which is open to any employee from a software engineer to the project manager. Each program accommodates 20 candidates and is being managed by professional Japanese trainers. The training, besides the language aspect will also delve into the unique cultural and business aspects of Japan as its zero defect expectation, supplier-vendor relationships and cultural issues. At the end of the training, the engineers will have cleared the Sankyu level exam.
