Nitin Datar is a co-founder of Vertex. He initiated Vertex's forays in Japan market. He has acquired the MBA degree from International University of Japan at Niigata. Before joining Vertex as a full time director, he was senior consultant in eBusiness area with Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. Nitin has been instrumental in developing Japan business for Vertex. His Japanese and technological skills are helping Vertex to have a large customer base in the Japanese market. |

Tak Iritani: Executive Director
Tak Iritani has been a board member of Vertex Software since the inception of its partnership with NTT DATA in 2007. He is currently full-time Executive Director and responsible for Strategy and Finance. He has been with NTT DATA for over 15 years and exposed to global business environment. In his previous responsibility, he led significant global projects such as strategic acquisitions and restructuring of the non-core business for NTT DATA. He graduated from Columbia Business School in New York with his MBA. He is also a graduate of the University of Tokyo where he earned bachelor’s degree in laws. |

Girish Shanbhag has over 18 years of rich experience managing large delivery teams and also has strong domain skills in Banking. Ranjeet has received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, a premier institute in Maharashtra Pune. He has more than 12 years plus experience of servicing large and small Japanese customers and managing varied technology projects. He has good Japanese language skills and a sound understanding of the Japanese customers work culture and quality needs. In his current role as Vice President – Support Groups, Sanjay Khorate is responsible for building an unique performance oriented culture based upon Vertex Values, as also managing infrastructure facilities and marketing support initiatives. Prior to this, he has more than a decade of varied experience in the field of strategic business consulting, sales and marketing. In his last assignment he has worked closely with premium telecom operators as a Marketing consultant and helped formulate business plans for new services to generate higher ARPU through data content Sanjay has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Bachelors degree in Electronics from VIT Pune. |
